Anchor points for fall protection

Certifications of our anchor points

As a leading manufacturer of fall protection systems in Europe, we set the highest quality standards for our products. Our systems have been tried and tested in practice and comply with the specified technical regulations and statutory safety standards. All our anchor points for fall protection systems are made of stainless steel and undergo factory production control (FPC) in accordance with EN 1090-2 in order to meet the highest requirements. Our anchor points are also certified in accordance with ISO 9001 and EN 1090-2. Many also have a type examination certificate in accordance with DIN EN 795 and DIN CEN/TS 16415:2017 as well as a general building authority approval or general building approval from the German Institute for Building Technology.

Anchor points for fall protection for concrete structures

Different systems are suitable depending on the concrete construction. We have therefore summarized the anchor points for mounting on concrete ceilings or concrete components that we have in our range:

• The anchor point LUX-top® ASP EV 2 for the installation of fall protection systems is suitable for attaching slings to concrete ceilings and concrete components, min. C20/25 (B25) and is certified to DIN EN 795 Type A.
• Our product LUX-top® ASP EV 2s is suitable for particularly fast installation with just 2 fasteners. With the LUX-top® ASP EV 2s – 90° the anchor point is also available with a 90° angle for side mounting to protect people from falling.
• LUX-top® lifting eye for direct mounting on concrete components. Ideal for rope access and positioning technology (SZP).
• The system LUX-top® ASP EV 10 II resp. III system is ideal for fixing to prestressed concrete hollow core slabs with a minimum thickness of 28 mm.
• The DIN EN 795 Type B certified LUX-top® KLICK II and LUX-top® KLICK SZP are removable anchor points for fall protection for attachment to concrete components, steel components or masonry. They are particularly suitable for securing people during glass cleaning work and can be used with various anchor sleeves.
• LUX-top® RGD is used as an abseiling point for rope access technology in accordance with TRBS 2121-3 for fastening to concrete or steel. Thanks to its stainless steel construction with internal insulation, the abseiling point boasts special physical properties.
• The anchor point LUX-top® ONE is the right choice for quick and easy attachment to concrete or steel components.
• LUX-top® ASP EV 11 is used for fastening to aerated concrete ceiling elements.
• The version LUX-top® mobilE is an anchor point supported by its own weight. It can be used as a single anchor point (EN 795 type E) or as an end or intermediate anchor in LUX-top® cable systems can be used.

Anchor points for fall protection for steel structures

We have the following anchor point products in our range for fastening to steel surfaces:

• Our system LUX-top® ASP EV 2 – Steel is used for direct mounting on steel constructions.
• The anchor device with ring nut LUX-top® ASP EV 2s – steel is ideal for your project, especially for direct mounting on steel structures where space is at a premium. The anchor device is also available with a 90° angle for lateral installation.
• The LUX-top® ASP EV counter plate, certified to DIN EN 795 type A, is suitable for installation using a counter plate on steel beams, joists or other load-bearing components. Ideal when direct fixing to the substrate using dowels or screws is not possible.
• LUX-top® KLICK II / LUX-top® KLICK SZP serves as a removable attachment point for fastening to concrete components, steel components or masonry. It is particularly suitable for use in glass cleaning work.
• The DIN EN 795 type B certified anchor device LUX-top® QUICKFIX II serves as a removable anchorage point for clamping to steel beams.
• The LUX-top® RGD abseiling point for rope access technology in accordance with TRBS 2121-3 is used for fastening to concrete or steel.
